Narayani Development Bank to issue 100% shares rights, get permission from the Board.
Narayani Development Bank Limited. (NDBL) was established in Ashoj 2058 B.S and has been in operation in Nepal since 1st Kartik, 2058 B.S. It was registered as a private sector promoted public limited company operation with paid-up capital of NRs 43,742,300. The main promoter of this development bank has 70% shares and 30% of shares owned by the Nepalese general public.
This development bank enjoys the status of the Nepalese private sector promoted development bank currently operating in Nepal. Its stock symbol in NEPSE is NABBC.
This development bank is headquartered in Sauraha Chowk, Ratnanagar, Chitwan, and has five branches. At present, the Development Bank only covers the district of Chitwan as a working region of Nepal.
Narayani Development Bank has got permission to issue the right shares. The Nepal Securities Board (NSB) has received permission to issue the right shares to the bank only on Poush 20.
With the permission of the board, the bank will issue the right shares worth Rs. 65 Million 616 Thousand and 9 Hundred. The bank will issue Rs.6,56,169 shares at a face value of Rs 100, which is 100 percent of the paid-up capital.
