Today is the final opportunity for shareholders to secure their dividends from National Life Insurance.

The company will close its books on August 8 in preparation for its annual general meeting (AGM) and dividend distribution. Only existing shareholders as of today will be eligible to attend the meeting and receive the proposed dividends.
The AGM is scheduled to take place on August 23 at 10:30 AM at the company’s central office. During the meeting, a proposal will be presented to distribute 4 percent in bonus shares and 10.74 percent in cash dividends, including taxes, based on the previous financial year’s profit.
Additionally, the assembly will review and approve the financial statements, including the annual and auditor’s reports, balance sheet, profit and loss account, and cash flow statements for the fiscal years 079 and 080. The meeting will also appoint an auditor for the years 080 and 81 and determine their remuneration.
