All Ncell prepaid customers can now enjoy endless conversations with their loved ones during night time at more affordable rates. Ncell Private Limited has launched ‘Night Call & SMS Pack’ bundled with voice and SMS service which costs just Rs 10 (Rs 12.77 including applicable taxes).
Customers subscribing to this pack get 480 minutes of talk time and 480 SMS. The pack has come into effect from Thursday (March 19) for a period of 90 days. The talk time and SMS are applicable within the Ncell network from 10 pm to 6 am and validity is 24 hours from the time of pack activation.
Customers can simply dial *17118*3*2# or *17118# and select option 3 to buy this pack. Similarly, customers can buy it by typing NU and sending SMS to 17118. Customers can subscribe to the pack as many times as they want, depending upon their needs.
Once the subscribed talk time and SMS are consumed, customers will be able to use service at the standard existing rates.
The company has stated that it is delighted to bring voice and text service bundled packs as per the commitment of the company to provide quality services at more affordable rates to customers.
Earlier on January 1, 2020, Ncell had announced free night SMS on a subscription of voice packs. Based on this scheme, customers are getting on net SMS equivalent to the talk time volume of voice pack which is applicable within the Ncell network.
Under this offer, if customers subscribe to a daily voice pack of 12 minutes talk time, they get 12 SMS as a bonus. Similarly, if customers buy a monthly voice pack of 425 minutes of talk time, customers are entitled to get 425 SMS. This means; customers get SMS quota the same as the volume of talk time of the subscribed voice pack. In a bid to address the demand of voice service as per the requirement of its customers, Ncell has been providing 11 voice packs with talk time volume ranging from 12 minutes to 720 minutes.
