The new centre was inaugurated by Stephen Rodriguez, Chief of Staff, Operations of Ncell, on Thursday amid a special function at the Ncell Centre, Damauli. With this inauguration, the centre is now fully operational, providing comprehensive customer services directly to the local community.

Various customer services, including general inquiries on products and services, SIM subscriptions, internet settings, and enterprise services, can be availed from this newly opened centre.

Additionally, the centre caters to customers’ diverse needs, such as upgrading SIM cards to 4G USIM, changing SIM cards, converting to e-SIM, modifying CUG numbers, biz plans, international roaming, bill payments, balance recharge, and transfer, among many others.

Addressing the inaugural ceremony of the new centre, Stephen Rodriguez, Chief of Staff, Operations of Ncell, said, “We have been here in Damauli for the last 10 years and we are delighted to continue serving our customers from this new location in Damauli, which is a busy market area. Our focus is to deliver comprehensive customer services directly to the local community to enable them to remain ‘Always On’ so that they can benefit from the opportunities that connectivity brings and go digital.”

Rodriguez also highlighted the features of the ‘Always On’ or ‘Sadhain ON’ campaign of Ncell.

According to him, the campaign is the first of its kind in Nepal and has made connectivity more accessible and affordable for Nepali consumers, removing the hurdle of unintended charges for mobile data. “Sadhain ON empowers users to always keep their data on without fearing the loss of their main balance, as they need to remain online in today’s digital age for multiple online tasks,” he said.

The new centre operates from Sunday to Friday, six days a week. Prior to this, Ncell had been delivering customer services from its previous centre in front of Traffic Chowk, Damauli since 2014.

As part of its ongoing efforts to reach and serve customers conveniently, the company has been operating over 30 Ncell Centres across the country, further enhancing the overall customer experience.
