All Ncell customers can now avail various customer care and subscribe to services easily from Ncell App. Ncell Axiata Limited on Monday (February 22) launched its new version of the self-service mobile app fully equipped with exciting features for the digital transformation of its customer journey.

Ncell launches new version of Ncell App to empower customers

  •  1GB data for free to customers who download the self-service app for the first time

  • Service activation and deactivation facility
  • A complete self-service for all Ncell products and services

On the launching of the new version of the app, the company is giving 1GB of data for free to every customer who downloads the app for the first time. This updated version has been launched as a part of the company’s ongoing campaign #FastForwardLife that aims to encourage everyone to reimagine the future and fast forward their life with the power of digital.

With this updated version, customers can now perform multiple tasks including online recharge and subscription of best voice and data offers instantly. Once the app is downloaded, customers get product recommendations on the home screen.

Customers can also click on the shop icon at the bottom to buy data and voice packs as per their service requirements.

Similarly, the new app includes other features such as a facility for registering complaints, monthly bills, and resource tracking, among others. Customers can easily activate service or deactivate already subscribed service through this app.

The new version of the app is a complete self-service for all Ncell products and services. It among others, allows customers to sort and filter products easily to buy desired packs without processing for subscription through lengthy USSD dialing method.

Ncell is always looking for new and innovative solutions to provide a better customer experience and the company believes that the new version of its much-appreciated mobile app will be able to support the customers a lot, especially those who want to get support, while on the move.

Ncell has always been committed to enhancing customer experience. As a part of it, the company last month launched chatbot service ‘Maya’ to provide the best customer service by the use of digital tools and technology. This chatbot service is also available in the app.
