Ncell Pvt. Ltd. has launched a new center at Pushpalal Chowk in Nepalgunj. The Chief Technology Officer of Ncell, Adeel Israr inaugurated the center during an event on Thursday. The company aims to provide the users of Ncell with a better contact point spread all over Nepal.
1 GB data is being offered by Ncell to customers who purchase new sim cards that will last for 3 days after activation. Ncell also mentioned that the customers who visit this center in Nepalgunj will be eligible to acquire services from the company that fall under a wide range like general enquiry to SIM card issues, Internet settings for various enterprises. The center will also look into the requests from the customers such as upgrading the existing SIM Cards to 4G, exchanging SIM Cards(Numbers), Modifying CUG numbers, PRBT settings, GPRS and MMS settings, international roaming, billing issues, balance transfer and recharge, Virtual fund transfer, biz plans and many more.
The center will remain open all 7 days in a week from 9am to 5 pm. Ncell believes that the new center at Nepalgunj will prove to be a great addition in providing quality services to its widespread customers.
