Ncell’s customers are now able to avail of data roaming services while traveling to 10 different countries. The company has also included Qatar, the United Arab Emirates and the United States in the unlimited roaming data pack plan from today.
Along with this, an unlimited roaming data pack will be available for customers traveling to India, Malaysia, the US, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Cambodia, and Indonesia. Under this offer, prepaid and postpaid subscribers of Ncell will be able to avail unlimited roaming data service at only 100 (including 127.69 tax) every day while visiting these countries.
To activate this service, Ncell’s customers can dial *17129# and render the service as per their instructions before leaving. Customers can use this data pack by dialing *17129# after the roaming service is activated.
Once this pack is activated, the service will automatically renew at midnight every time, according to NST, and the amount will be charged only if the customer uses the data. This means that if the customer does not purchase the pack and use the data service, it will not be charged. Customers will also be able to pick up this pack before visiting or once they reach any of the countries mentioned above. Customers will have to initiate the data roaming service in Nepal to get this data pack when they reach their respective destinations.
