Ncell customers can enjoy an innovative feature that allows them to convert or exchange remaining voice minutes in their Sadhain ON packs for data, or vice versa, to better meet their communication needs. This new feature provides enhanced flexibility for users.
Ncell’s New Voice to Data Feature
Since its launch in May, the Sadhain ON packs have offered bundled voice, data, and SMS services. If a customer’s data is exhausted while voice minutes remain, they can convert the unused voice minutes to data through the Ncell App. Likewise, customers can convert data into voice minutes based on their service requirements.
This feature is available in the three Sadhain ON packs priced at Rs. 399, Rs. 499, and Rs. 599. Customers can access the ‘Exchange Data or Voice’ option in the Ncell App to convert unused data to voice minutes or remaining voice minutes to data, depending on their needs.
For instance, a customer can exchange 50 minutes of voice service for 1,250 MB of data, or convert 1 GB of data into 41 minutes of nationwide voice service. Customers can convert up to 90 percent of their remaining voice or data balance under this facility.
Customer self-service platform—Ncell App is free to use in Ncell data, and on download by new customers, they are entitled to get 1 GB free data on the first login.
