Nepal Clearing House Ltd (NCHL) and IMS Software Private Limited (IMS) have partnered to integrate dynamic NEPALPAY QR in IMS’s billing software.

A MOU for integration and rollout was signed by Mr. Neelesh Man Singh Pradhan, CEO, NCHL and Mr. Santosh Tamrakar, Managing Director, IMS Software.
With this partnership, various merchants/ clients of IMS Software will be able to integrate NEPALPAY QR in its billing software to receive payments at its acquiring bank.
The integration shall facilitate seamless QR based payments at merchants and with added convenience for the end customers to use any of the mobile banking or wallet or connectIPS to initiate such payment.
IMS Software Pvt. Ltd., is one of the prominent software companies in Nepalthat provides several software for its clients including billing system and Sales POS system.
Its clientele includes diverse industry segment, retail businesses, merchants, etc.,with more than 20,000 retail & restaurant clients in Nepal, India, Malaysia and Japan.
NEPALPAY QR is the implementing infrastructure of NepalQR standard as part of the National Payment Switch (NPS) that operates as independent QR scheme and also facilitates interoperability of QR at issuing, merchant and network level.
The merchants and businesses can contact their respective banks& financial institutionstoobtain NEPALPAY QR. Such enrollment could be in a form of physical QR standee or integrated with billing system as dynamic QR or enabled in android POS or integratedin QR based payment gateway in e-commerce portal.
Voice based QR notification is also available in NEPALPAY QR in selected BFIs.
