Nepal Clearing House Ltd. (NCHL) has been awarded the Certificate of Merit in the National Best Presented Annual Report Award (BPA) 2023 under the category of Financial Services Sector in the annual event organized by Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN).
NCHL Wins Certificate of Merit
The award has been entitled on the basis of the evaluation of NCHL’s annual report & disclosures for the fiscal year 2079/80 and recognized by ICAN.
NCHL in previous years had also been awarded with Best Presented Annual Report Awards by ICAN and South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA) on various occasions.
NCHL had always carried corporate governance and disclosures as its core values inherited as its DNA from its promotors including Nepal Rastra Bank and the banks & financial institutions.
NCHL is honored to receive this award as a testimony of the continuous effort for disclosures and detailing of the annual financial reporting being published each year by NCHL.
NCHL has been operating Electronic Cheque Clearing (ECC), Interbank Payment System (IPS), Retail Payment Switch (RPS), connectRTGS, National Payments Interface (NPI), connectIPS and CORPORATEPAY and NEPALPAY QR with participation of 52 BFIs and more than 100 Indirect/Technical Members including insurance companies, remittance, merchant banks, PSPs, PSOs, Government & Semi-Government entities and others.
It is currently implementing NPS-National Card Switch and NEPALPAY Card.
