Computer Association of Nepal (CAN) Federation in association with New IT Venture Corporation Organizes the interaction program in trade tower business Center Kathmandu in term Converging Nepal’s Potential into International IT(Information Technology) Hub. In the program many Stakeholders, Consultants, Investors are present, and they present their ideas,  queries, and suggestions for converging Nepal’s Potential Into international IT hub.

In the program, Bishow Ram Balami, General Secretary of CAN Federation speaks on CAN federation’s structure activates and working area of the alliance including program welcome remarks and remind this interaction program will help in the development of IT sector of Nepal. On continuing the different program experts present their proposal and working plans. Mr. Hempal Shrestha Executive member of CAN Federation gives clear the objective of the interaction program. Mr. Suresh Regmi, CEO of Professional Computer System clears on perspective and market facts of software development industries, JICA reports on IT in Nepal, Human development reports on IT, salary report of engineers and developers, markets, weakness and opportunities of software industries in Nepalese context. Another expert Mr.Rajendra Poudel present the facts and opportunity about the investment in software development present software companies and their activities challenges for investors.

Ongoing program James M. Ehrhart foreign consultant form flight plane consultancy present talk on surviving in the shadow of India industry, competitive global market, cloud-based solution and other global trends and Global Technical Paradigm shift in software development industries. And Mr. Ken Ehrhard foreign investors talk on Global investment perspective and technology trends, platform shifting, social mobilization, channels to market in software industries. On continuing discussion on the “Converging Nepal’s Potential into International software development HUB” different stakes holders form Tech and Geeks, Academia, media, Investors, Software company managers, and developers and Government officers interact and speak for the preparedness of Nepali  IT industry in Global Market.

At the end of the program Er. Binod Dhakal President of CAN Federation closes the program remarking about the expert suggestion and continuing up going work for the development of IT industry in Nepal.
