NIC Asia Bank Limited has announced the sale of 1,159,154 founder shares across four different companies.

The shares for sale include 965,000 shares of Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited (NIFRA), 92,349 shares of Surya Jyoti Life Insurance Company Limited, 51,805 shares of Suryadaya Womi Laguvitta Financial Sanstha Limited, and 50,000 shares of Citizen Investment Trust (CIT).

The share prices have been set as follows: NIFRA at Rs 101 per share, Surya Jyoti Life at Rs 185 per share, Suryadaya Womi Microfinance at Rs 399 per share, and CIT at Rs 833 per share. While banks, financial institutions, and insurance companies are exclusively eligible to purchase CIT shares, shares of NIFRA, Surya Jyoti Life, and Suryadaya Womi Microfinance are available to the general public.

Interested buyers can apply for a minimum of 5,000 shares and a maximum of all available shares. Applications should be submitted to NIC Asia Capital, the corporate office of NIC Asia Bank, or at specific branch offices located in Biratnagar, Adarshnagar, Mahendrapul, Shravanpath, Hospital Line, and Virendranagar.

Applications will be accepted during office hours from Aug 6 to Aug 13.
