Cash Dividends Up to FY 2074/075
In accordance with the provisions of the prevailing Companies Act, unclaimed cash dividends distributed up to Fiscal Year 2074/075 have been transferred to the Investor Protection Fund (Laganikarta Sanrakshan Kosh). Shareholders entitled to dividends up to FY 2074/075 are requested to claim their amounts directly from the Investor Protection Fund.
Cash Dividends for FY 2075/076

Shareholders who have not yet collected their cash dividends for Fiscal Year 2075/076 are requested to submit their claims within 1 month from the date of notice publication.
Dividends Subsequent to FY 2075/076
Shareholders with uncollected cash dividends from Fiscal Year 2076/077 onwards are advised to contact the bank’s issue manager, NMB Capital Limited, to complete the collection process.
