According to the official vacancy notice published on Shrawan 13, 2083 (July 29, 2026), the microfinance institution is seeking qualified Nepali professionals.

Selected candidates will be posted at the Central Office as well as across branch networks in Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini Provinces.

Positions Available Across Departments

NMB Laghubitta has invited applications for several key administrative, technical, and operational roles:

• Internal Audit Department: Junior Officer, Supervisor, and Senior Assistant
• Information Technology Department: Junior Officer and Supervisor
• Branch Management: Supervisor, Senior Assistant, and Assistant
• Field Assistant: Assistant and Junior Assistant

All advertised roles are permanent positions, and the final headcount will depend on organizational requirements.

Educational Qualifications And Work Experience

Applicants must satisfy the specific academic and professional criteria established for each role:

• Internal Audit: CA or Semi-CA qualification, or a Bachelor degree in Management with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Information Technology: Bachelor degree in Information Technology or a related subject, combined with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience.
• Branch Management: Proficiency Certificate Level (+2) or equivalent, along with at least 1 year of experience as a Branch Manager or 3 years as a Field Assistant.
• Field Assistant: Proficiency Certificate Level (+2) or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of practical field experience in microfinance operations.

Age Limit Parameters

Candidates must fall within the following age brackets as of the final application deadline:

• Officer Level: Minimum 21 years to maximum 40 years.
• Assistant Level: Minimum 18 years to maximum 35 years.
• Female Candidates: Eligible for an upper age relaxation of 5 years across all categories.
