Nominations Open for National ICT Award 2023 in 5 Categories

Government to give National Information and Communication Technology Awards in five categories, apply as follows:

The Ministry of Communication and Information Technology has invited applications for the National Information and Communication Technology Award (National ICT Award). On Thursday, the Ministry made a public announcement requesting applications for the National IT Award.

The government celebrates National Information and Communication Technology Day every year on the 2nd of May to promote the development and advancement of information and communication technology in Nepal.

On this occasion, the Ministry has announced the National ICT Award to be given to individuals and organizations who have made a special contribution to information and communication technology in Nepal.

This year, the government will be awarded the National ICT Excellence Award, National ICT Excellence Award (Women), National ICT Innovation Award, National ICT Award (Public Sector), and National ICT Award (Private Sector) as part of the National ICT Awards.

Interested individuals can apply for the above-mentioned awards. The application form and format are available on the Ministry’s website and the Department of Information and Communication Technology’s website.

Interested public institutions/offices/companies and individuals can submit their applications via email at [email protected] or register at the Department of Information and Communication Technology by the 7th of Baisakh.
