Dwarika Prasad Poudel, Deputy Managing Director of Nepal Telecom, has been appointed as the Company Secretary.
According to the letter issued by the Central Office, Chief Human Resource Officer’s Office (Employee Administration Branch) on Ashoj 2, Paudel has been appointed to this position.
Similarly, the company’s Managing Director, Sangeeta Pahadi Aryal, has been appointed as a member of the Board of Directors. She has already taken the oath of office and confidentiality for her new role as a director.
