Prabhu Select Fund and Prabhu Smart Fund, both closed-end mutual fund schemes operated under Prabhu Mutual Fund, have declared cash dividends for fiscal year 2082/83 (2025/26).

Prabhu Bank Limited serves as the fund sponsor, while Prabhu Capital Limited functions as the scheme manager for both funds.

Board Decision and Dividend Rate

Board Meeting: The Board of Directors of Prabhu Capital Limited met on Bhadra 5 at 4:00 PM to review performance and approve dividend distributions.

Dividend Payout: A 12 percent cash dividend, including applicable tax, was declared for unit holders of both schemes:

• Prabhu Select Fund: 12 percent cash dividend
• Prabhu Smart Fund: 12 percent cash dividend
