Preparing to set up digital learning center and online teaching with audio and video: Finance Minister Sharma
Finance Minister Janardan Sharma has said that the government has brought programs for quality education under the policy of making every school entrepreneurial.
Addressing a declaration meeting organized by the CPN-Maoist Central Musikot Municipal Committee on Sunday, he said digital learning centers would be set up across the country to teach through modern technology.
“The government has introduced an education policy that will enable students who have passed at least 12 classes to become self-employed. From the next academic session, we are preparing to set up digital learning centers in different parts of the country and provide education through audio and video through modern technology, ‘said Finance Minister Sharma.
He said that only by ending poverty and deprivation can one go towards the socialism envisaged by the constitution. He also claimed that the basis of socialism would be prepared by ending poverty in Rukum within the next five to seven years.
Similarly, the finance minister said that socialism could not be imagined as long as poverty and deprivation.
