Job Openings and Qualifications
1. Business Development (Various Corporate Levels)
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in business development with a focus on institutional or public dealing marketing in financial institutions.
Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (a master’s degree with a specialization in business development or marketing is preferred).
2. Branch Manager (Various Corporate Levels)
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in financial institutions with experience in credit, business development, trade finance, and branch management.
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
3. Chartered Accountant
Qualification: CA with knowledge of Central Bank Directives, BAFIA, Company Act 2063, Income Tax Act 2058, NAS/IAS/NFRS, and AML Guidelines.
Age: Not exceeding 30 years as of June 25, 2024.
4. Legal Officer
Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a practitioner lawyer with an advocate license, preferably with experience in financial institutions or reputable law firms.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in law (Commercial Law core preferred; Master’s Degree in Commercial Law preferred).
5. Relationship Manager/Officer (Various Corporate Levels)
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in financial institutions focusing on credit functions.
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
6. Gold Loan Supervisor/Assistant: Contract
Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Gold Tester/Gold Loan In-charge with experience in Gold Loan Marketing, Operations, and Inspection/Monitoring.
7. IT Assistant
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in IT-related fields with at least 50% marks or 2.5 CGPA out of 4 (6.25 CGPA out of 10) with fluency in Nepali and English.
Knowledge in Microsoft Windows, SQL Server, Hardware & Networking, and programming (HTML/PHP/JAVA/PYTHON/.NET).
Age: Not exceeding 28 years as of June 25, 2024.
8. Trainee Assistant
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field with at least 50% marks or 2.5 CGPA out of 4 (6.25 CGPA out of 10) with fluency in Nepali and English.
Age: Not exceeding 28 years as of June 25, 2024.
