In the video, the Prime Minister informed about the process of integration of the services that the government has already started. The services include revenue, electricity tariff, customs duty, internal revenue, driver’s license, and renewal into integrated services that are directly linked to the citizens. He also mentioned in the video that the work to make the national identity card the main basis of service delivery has been started.

The presence of the head of government in various social media, earlier on Facebook(@UMLprezKPSharmaOli) and Twitter(@kpsharmaoli), can be taken as a step to promote and acknowledge each and every work done by the government.

This can result in an effective way of spreading out messages directly to the citizens and build strong leadership.
