In today’s digital age, Cyber Security has increasingly been critical. Cybersecurity challenges has been national security. Organizations, government, and private entities, individual’s confidential information, all has been prone to cyber threats from across the globe. We often face challenges that need to be dealt with for securing us from cyber threats.
Hereby, CLAR presents a webinar on “Cyber Security: Are we protected enough?” on the 2nd of June from 1 pm onwards. This session shall focus on the issues of emerging cyber-related threats in Nepal. The webinar will discuss meticulously the technical and legal aspects of cybersecurity.

Mr. Babu Ram Aryal and Mr. Chiranjibi Adhikari as guest speakers.
Advocate Babu Ram Aryal is the founder/CEO of Delta Law Firm and has over 15 years of experience on Telecommunication (Including Internet and Cyber Law). Along with these, he has expertise on Media Technology, Intellectual Property as well.
Mr. Aryal has been significantly involved in national and international level research works on law and policy. He led the consulting service of drafting ICT Bill, 2018, and coordinated the consulting meeting of stakeholders on Cyber Crime Bill, 2018.
Similarly, Mr. Chiranjibi Adhikari is the founder president at npCert (Information Security Response Team Nepal), founder president at Centre for Cyber Security Research and Innovation as well.
Mr. Adhikari is also a secretary at CAN federation. He has community involvement in various organizations working for cybersecurity. He is associated with and holds a significant position within various Information Security Company in Nepal.
Along with esteemed guest speakers, they shall have interactive discussions facilitated by their moderators Ms. Namrata Rimal and Ms. Swikriti Kutal.
