The song vividly portrays the lives of the central characters in the movie, highlighting the struggles of their daily life as they wander from village to village, braving both sunshine and rain.

Beyond the hardships, ‘Ekadeshma’ also touches upon themes of love, capturing the moments when the protagonists meet secretly under a tree. The song poetically describes these fleeting moments of romance, drawing listeners into a dream-like sequence that, by the end, transitions into reality, as hinted at by the song.

The music video features key actors such as Vijay Baral, Mukunda Bhusal, Anjana Baraili, Buddhi Tamang, and Deshbhakta Khanal, showcasing them singing from house to house, bringing the song to life through their heartfelt performances.

This song follows the release of the first track from the movie, ‘Kandhekuri’, which also received positive feedback from the audience.

Written and directed by Saroj Poudel, Purna Bahadur Ko Sarangi is set to release on Kartik 15 (a Nepali date, approximately corresponding to late October/early November). The movie stars Vijay Baral, Prakash Saput, Mukunda Bhusal, Buddhi Tamang, Anjana Baraili, Maotse Gurung, Deshbhakta Khanal, Bholaraj Sapkota, Binod Nyaupane, Alisha Bastola, Swayam KC, and Janvi Poudel.

The film’s teaser, along with its thematic poster, has already generated significant anticipation. The movie is described as a social drama focusing on the Gandharva community, known for their traditional role as traveling musicians in Nepal.

Seven Seas Cinema and Basuri Films have produced the movie, with Binod Poudel and Patrick Subedi as producers. Internationally, the film will be distributed by Seven Seas Entertainment. The screenplay and dialogues are penned by Mahesh Dawadi, and the music score is composed by Prashant Shivakoti, featuring contributions from Hemanta Kancha Rasaili on the Sarangi, and vocal performances by Prashant Shivakoti, Melina Rai, and Pushpan Pradhan.

As anticipation builds up with each release, Purna Bahadur Ko Sarangi is shaping up to be one of the most awaited Nepali films of the year.
