Rajan Priya Elected President Bagmati Province Automobiles Association Nepal: Tourism & Policy Focus

Rajan Priya has been elected as the President of the Bagmati Province Automobiles Association. This decision was made during the first General Assembly, which was held on Sunday. Along with the President, other key positions in the executive committee were also filled.

Newly Elected Executive Committee Members
The newly formed committee includes:
Vice Presidents: Ram Kumar Shahi Thakuri and Sita KC
Secretary: Yagya Prasad Poudel
Treasurer: Janak Kumar Dhakal
In addition, Piyush Gajurel, Dipesh Yugal Shrestha, Lomash Adhikari, and Sunita Regmi were elected as members of the executive committee.
The committee also appointed individuals to additional roles:
Vice President: Rajendra Prasache
Secretary: Nimesh Bartola
Members: Arushi Thapa and Bimal Poudel
Focus on Development and Reforms
The general assembly focused on the growth of the automobile sector. The association plans to boost adventure tourism and promote women’s empowerment. The members also discussed how to improve policies related to these areas.
In particular, the assembly resolved to push for changes in economic policies, transportation systems, and tourism under the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Transport, Sports, and Tourism in Bagmati Province.
