This functionality is designed to make conversations more organized and engaging, further empowering Rakuten Viber’s community of users.
Rakuten Viber’s Communities Comments Feature
The new update streamlines discussing multiple topics with your teams, with members being able to reply directly under the comment section of specific messages. This allows Communities to stay engaged in focused discussions without disrupting the overall flow of the Community.
Superadmins and admins can easily enable this feature in their Community info tab, making it available by default for all messages or selectively disabling it for specific messages.
A longtime Rakuten Viber offering, Communities goes beyond the regular group chat experience. It allows effortless collaboration and inclusive interactions with unique features that make chat history and previously shared media easily accessible.
Even when the conversation has moved on to other topics, everyone can access the chat history, including new members, simply by scrolling back up. And with full access to media and files shared within the Community, nobody misses out on crucial updates or valuable content.
