Rastriya Beema Company Appoints Hikmat Bahadur Bhandari as Chief Executive Officer

Rastriya Beema Company Limited has officially assigned the responsibilities of Chief Executive Officer to Hikmat Bahadur Bhandari.

The appointment follows formal decision-making processes at both the ministry and corporate board levels.

The executive appointment was finalized through government administrative channels and subsequent board authorization.

Ministerial Decision: The Ministry of Finance Financial Sector Management Division issued a letter on Bhadra 18 following a ministerial-level decision by the Finance Minister assigning Bhandari as CEO until further arrangements are made.
Board Delegation: The 531st meeting of the Board of Directors held on Bhadra 21 formally delegated the duties, powers, and responsibilities of the Chief Executive Officer to Bhandari.

The public insurance entity confirmed the leadership transition through official corporate channels.

Tenure Term: According to Company Secretary Kabita Lama, Bhandari will discharge all executive functions and oversee operations as Chief Executive Officer until permanent alternative arrangements are established.
