Realme 9 4G launch date

6th April 2022, Kathmandu

Realme is set to launch the second 4G device, after Realme 9i. Here, we will be discussing the possible specs, features, availability, and the expected price of the Realme 9 4G in Nepal.

Realme 9 4G Overview:

Design and Display

The Realme 9 4G could feature a 6.5-inch AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of 90Hz. It could have a max brightness of 480 nits (typ), and 600 nits (HBM).

In terms of design, the Realme 9 4G’s design language will be similar to the Realme 9 5G. The phone will be available in three colorways, Sunburst Gold, Meteor Black, and Stargaze White.

The device might weigh 178 grams and have a thickness of 8.5mm with an 83.4% screen-to-body ratio.

Performance

It is not clear which chipset Realme is using in the 9 4G. However, we expect the smartphone will be powered by Qualcomm 680 CPU. This chipset includes an Octa-core (2×2.4 GHz Cortex-A76 & 6×2.0 GHz Cortex-A55) processor. Similarly, the Adreno 619 GPU might be responsible for handling the graphics.

Rumors suggest the phone’s base variant will come with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. There will also be an 8GB RAM option with the same storage.

Camera

Realme recently revealed that a new Realme 9 series phone featuring a 108-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL HM6 image sensor is on the way. However, the company did not specify which phone will contain this sensor, although it is commonly assumed that it will be the Realme 9 4G.

NonaPixel Plus technology on the 108-megapixel sensor lets it capture 123 percent more light than an HM2 sensor. As a result, better details are to be expected even in zoomed-in images.

Battery

The phone is said to get its juice from a 5,000mAh battery which supports 33W fast charging.

Realme 9 4G Price in Nepal and Availability

Realme 9 4G was recently spotted on the company’s official support page but was removed shortly after. Thus, we expect the company to officially unveil it within the next month.

The handset only supports 4G, so it is expected to have aggressive pricing. Realme recently launched the Realme 9 5G for INR 15,000. Based on that, we can expect the 4G version to cost less than INR 15,000.
