World’s first smartphone to have Snapdragon 680 6nm chip, realme 9i, to launch in Nepali market soon
realme, the world’s fastest-growing smartphone brand, is launching realme 9i, world’s first smartphone to have Snapdragon 680 6nm chip in Nepali market soon. realme 9i is the first product of the realme 9 series in 2022.
Besides the latest SDM 680 6nm chip, realme 9i will also be equipped with a leading charging and battery, bringing the young consumers with a leap-forward performance in the segment.
Snapdragon 680 global debut, latest 6nm 4G processor
The Snapdragon 680 Processor adopts the advanced 6nm production process. It adopts an Octa-core CPU including four 2.4GHz Cortex-A73 and four 1.9GHz Cortex-A53, Adreno 610 GPU.
Compared with the last-gen Processor Snapdragon 662, SDM 680 has a 25% increase in CPU performance, smoother application, faster launch, faster page loading. Similarly, it offers 10% increase in GPU performance, higher frame rate, smoother game experience, less lag. 25% increase in AI performance, Qualcomm’s third-generation AI engine, and the main applicable scenes: beauty, night scene, fast photo can also be observed in this smartphone.
Low power consumption, longer battery life
6nm processor consumes 62% less power and affords 46% more performance than 12nm processor. The phone has a relatively lower temperature rise and more stable frame rate.
The low power consumption brought by the 6nm processor effectively extends the battery life. Compared to the same 5000mAh capacity battery of 8i, the 9i’s battery life is improved by 46%.
Powerful GPU supports an enhanced 90Hz display
The Snapdragon 680 Processor brings a powerful GPU – Adreno 610 GPU and supports 90Hz high refresh rate screen technology.
First 33W dart charging solution in the segment
High-voltage, low-current charging technology provides faster charging, which can provide a charging solution that charges the phone to 100% in 70min. realme 9i Dart Charge has five-core charging protection, including Overcharge protection, Over-voltage protection, Over-temperature protection, and Extreme case protection, which can strictly monitor each stage of the charging process.

DRE Dynamic RAM Expansion Technology
realme developed DRE technology to solve the drawbacks caused by the lack of memory on the phone, which converts ROM into virtual RAM to expand RAM. realme 9i can expand 6GB RAM by up to 5GB to enjoy an 11GB-like experience.
The phone supports up to 128GB storage and 1TB external memory.
Stereo Prism Design
realme 9i adopts 5-axis CNC precision machining, and each machining takes 96H, a unique design of unequal edge and angle processing design. After repeated processing, the textured mold meets the final design effect and can be equipped with a high-quality appearance.
