Finally, the wait is over! The application form for the Hult Prize at the Institute of Forestry (IOF), Pokhara Campus 2021/22 has opened with the theme of building a business that will employ at least 2000 people by 2024 while creating a positive impact on the world.

The Hult Prize is a community of young people who are leading a generation to change the world.

It is a partnership between Hult International Business School and Clinton Global Initiative. College students with no experience in business are provided with a platform to create ideas that could sustainably impact people and the world as a whole through enterprise.

The COVID-19 pandemic has hit the world really hard making millions of people lose their jobs. Our economy is struggling and so is our community. In order to fasten the global recovery of the economy, Hult Prize Foundation thus challenges youths to come up with a brilliant idea to get the world back to work. The key is to THINK GLOBAL AND ACT LOCAL.

Hult Prize is open for every student of IOF. This year, the grand event is going to be led by Miss Urusha Lamsal, the  Campus Director, with 27 other amazing committee members. Interested participants can register their name on the link given below: Click Here

A team of 3-4 members should register their team and have to come up with a business idea that employs 2000 people by 2024. There are three phases; On-Campus events, the Regional summits and the Final event. There are no participation fees.

The best team wins and will represent the Institute of Forestry (IOF) Pokhara Campus in

the regional summit. Earlier On-Campus winners, with the theme “Food for Good”; Team Amrit were top 6 finalists of Kathmandu Impact Summit.

It is a pride for the institute. Every team is trained and mentored along the way. The winning team of the finals is awarded USD one million as a seed investment to turn their ideas into play.

Do you have any idea that’s popping out of your mind?

Well then, what are you waiting for! It’s high time that you invest your knowledge to become a vehicle of change for yourself, your community and the world.

All the teams will get a Certificate of Participation to further motivate you and keep you going.
