Capital Structure: The company holds a paid-up capital of NPR 5.19 billion alongside NPR 1.3916 billion accumulated in share premium income.

Insurance Fund Expansion: As of the last fiscal year 2082/83, the company’s life insurance fund grew by 32.14 percent compared to the previous fiscal year, reaching NPR 17.93 billion.

Premium Collection: Total insurance premiums collected during the review period reached NPR 6.6341 billion, reflecting a 22.86 percent increase year-over-year.

Earnings and Share Value: Net profit for the fiscal year stood at NPR 582.6 million. Earnings per share (EPS) rose to NPR 11.21, while net worth per share was recorded at NPR 148.49.
