Sanima Bank Concludes 21st AGM, Declares 7.37% Cash Dividend and NPR 2.57 Billion Profit

Sanima Bank Limited has successfully concluded its 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Sunday, 19 October 2025.
Under the Chairmanship of Mr. Tuk Prasad Poudel, AGM has approved to provide 7.3685% Cash Dividend (inclusive of tax).
Mr. Tuk Prasad Poudel, Mr. Balaram Parajuli, and Mrs. Nisha Kumpakha were elected as directors from the 21st Annual General Meeting of Sanima Bank.
In FY 2081/82, Sanima has earned a Net Profit of NPR 2.57 billion with Total Deposits and Net Loans & Advances of NPR 225.48 billion and NPR 183.45 billion, respectively, along with a Total Assets size of NPR 263.55 billion.
In comparison to FY 2080/81, Total Deposit, Loan & Advances, and Total Assets were increased by 13.09%, 11.22% and 12.70% respectively.
