Invitation for Sealed Quotation for Printing Personal KYC Form 6,000 Pads and Corporate KYC Form 6,000 Pads. Sealed Quotation No: NBL/SQ06/G077/78

Nepal Bank Limited invites sealed quotations from licensed suppliers for the supply of Personal KYC Form 6,000 Pads and Corporate KYC Form 6,000 Pads. (1 Pad=100 leaves).

Eligible bidders can obtain more information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Nepal Bank Limited, Head Office, Department of General Service, Dharmapath, and Kathmandu.

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office of Nepal Bank Limited, Head Office, General Service Department, Dharmapath, Kathmandu by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs. 1000.00 (in NBL tender/sealed quotation A/C 00200106711283000001) till 2077/10/04 during office hours.

Sealed bids must be submitted to the office Nepal Bank Limited, Head Office, General Service Department, Dharmapath, Kathmandu by hand on or before 11:00 Hrs on 2077/10/05. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 12:30 Hrs on 2077/10/05 at the office of Nepal Bank Limited, Head Office, General Service Department, Dharmapath, Kathmandu. Bids must be valid for a period of 45 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security amounting to a minimum of Rs.45,000.00 (Rupees Forty-five thousand only), which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. If the bidder wishes to submit the Cash Security, the cash should be deposited in Deposit Account No:00200106711280000001 at Nepal Bank Limited, Kathmandu Banking Office, Dharmapath, Kathmandu and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the Sealed Quotation.

If the last date of purchasing and for submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such a case, the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.

The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the Sealed Quotations without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
