Shiva Shree Hydropower Limited has officially appointed Citizens Capital Limited as its share registrar to oversee and manage all operations regarding the company securities and shareholder services.

Shiva Shree Share Registrar

The formal agreement between both institutions was executed following a strategic decision made by the Board of Directors of Shiva Shree Hydropower. Under the terms of this mutual agreement, Citizens Capital Limited will formally begin providing share registrar services effective from Ashwin 2, 2083.

As the designated share registrar, Citizens Capital Limited assumes responsibility for executing critical shareholder and administrative functions in compliance with prevailing regulatory frameworks and legal provisions:

• Processing and execution of share dematerialization requests.
• Distribution of share certificates and processing of share transfer activities.

General administrative tasks assigned to share registrar institutions under relevant regulatory policies.
