The bank took this step after repeated written and verbal reminders to the defaulters. The names were published in a newspaper, and the bank has given these individuals 35 days to settle their dues.
The bank warns that if the outstanding principal, interest, and penalties are not cleared within this period, it will take legal action. Additionally, these defaulters will be blacklisted in the Credit Information Bureau, making it harder for them to access loans in the future.
