Siddhartha Mutual Fund Declares Cash Dividend for Two Closed Ended Schemes

Siddhartha Capital Limited has officially announced the cash dividend distribution for two closed-ended mutual fund schemes operated under Siddhartha Mutual Fund for the fiscal year 2082/83.

Siddhartha Mutual Fund Dividend Declared

The decision was finalized during a Board of Directors meeting of Siddhartha Capital Limited held at 3 30 PM on Monday, Bhadra 1. The announcement followed the audit completion of four closed-ended schemes managed by the capital: Siddhartha Equity Fund, Siddhartha Equity Fund 2, Siddhartha Investment Growth Scheme 2, and Siddhartha Investment Growth Scheme 3.

Dividend Distribution Percentage by Scheme

The Board of Directors approved the following cash dividend payout percentages for unit holders for fiscal year 2082/83:

• Siddhartha Investment Growth Scheme 2: 8 percent cash dividend
• Siddhartha Investment Growth Scheme 3: 10 percent cash dividend
