The signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between Nepal Certifying Company and the Prabhu Bank Limited at Prabhu Bank Premises 16th June 2016 today. Proud to be in continued partnership for years!
Nepal Certifying Company (NCC) penned a deal to deliver Digital Signature and Certificate (DSC) to Prabhu Bank Limited making its the largest financial institutions in Nepal to use the Digital Signature and Certificate (DSC). Prabhu Bank Limited is scheduled to implement DSC in Document management system for authentication of communication/documents originating from its client’s, the scope of which will depend on the regulatory provisions.
Sachin Jung Rayamajhi, Chief Operating Officer of Prabhu Bank Limited, expressed his happiness for having pioneered in acquiring DSC among-st banks in Nepal. He mentioned that it had opened a gateway for the Bank in transacting with clients efficiently through a secure method. He also added `Digitization remains a crucial priority for the Bank in Nepal.
This agreement will draw Prabhu Bank Limited closer to its Digitization agenda as it helps eliminate manual interventions in improving client experiences. Availability and usage of DSC are also expected to reduce the risk of repudiation as it allows the Prabhu Bank to accept financial transactions.

Our goal is to make Digital Signature and Certificate (DSC) an efficient and effective medium for Security and authentication of financial transactions online. The Director of NCC Mr. Deepak Bhandari and Operation Manager Mr. Chiranjibi Adhikari presented on behalf of NCC in the signing ceremony.
Nepal Certifying Company has been managing the Digital Signature and Certificate (DSC) issued by Radiant Info Tech Nepal Pvt. Ltd., the Issuing Certifying Authority (CA) in Nepal. It has been working to implement Digital Signature and Certificate (DSC) all over the country and replacing papered activities.
