In a landmark move towards enhancing digital payment solutions, SmartChoice Technologies (SCT) and Smartcard Nepal (operating as MyPay Wallet) have signed an agreement to introduce “Smart QR” – a versatile QR payment service designed for secure and seamless transactions.

This new payment solution aims to provide enhanced transaction convenience for businesses and individuals, making cashless payments faster and more accessible. As the country’s first integrated QR service, Smart QR is a significant step forward in supporting Nepal’s financial inclusion and cashless economy goals.
Officials from SCT and MyPay Wallet attended the signing ceremony, signifying the shared vision to modernize Nepal’s digital payment infrastructure. Smart QR will enable businesses to accept payments effortlessly, offering users a reliable digital payment alternative.
