Following the expiry, these shares will become eligible for regular secondary market trading starting Bhadra 15, 2083.
The release process complies with capital market guidelines enforced by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON).

Sun Nepal Life Insurance has a total of 52,827,936 registered shares listed with SEBON, including bonus and rights issuances.
Out of the total registered equity, 37,772,024 shares were held under mandatory lock-in restrictions following the company’s initial public offering.
The shares set for release are categorized into two primary holder groups:
- Founder Shares: 36,979,555 shares owned by the original promoter and founder shareholders of the company.
