Sunrise Securities Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lakshmi Sunrise Bank Limited, has officially commenced its commercial operations.

The formal launch took place during a ceremony held today, with Raman Nepal, Chairman of Lakshmi Sunrise Bank Limited, overseeing the event.

In his congratulatory address, Chairman Raman Nepal expressed confidence in Sunrise Securities Limited’s ability to streamline share trading services and contribute significantly to the development of Nepal’s capital market. He extended his best wishes for the company’s success and its positive impact on the financial sector.

Ajay Vikram Shah, Chief Executive Officer of Lakshmi Sunrise Bank Limited, also attended the event as a special guest. He conveyed his satisfaction and congratulations on the establishment of this new subsidiary, highlighting its role in enhancing the bank’s service portfolio.
