- Core Capabilities: Serves as a single digital service point allowing users to review personal profiles, modify contact information, and track active policy claims without visiting physical branch offices.
- Web Access Pathway: Policyholders can access the platform by visiting the official company website (suryajyotilife.com) and selecting the Customer 360 portal option.
- Login Protocol: Enables secure login via registered mobile numbers or email addresses using standard passwords or One-Time Passwords (OTP).
- First-Time Account Setup: First-time users can establish credentials by entering their registered mobile number or email address and selecting the Forgot Password option or generating an OTP.
- Profile Management: Allows users to navigate to the KYC Details tab inside their dashboard to audit existing system records and submit required profile updates.
