Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has published a notice regarding the sale of 3,500 promoter shares owned by promoter shareholder Jagdish Sah.

The decision was approved by the Board of Directors following an application submitted by Sah expressing intent to sell the shares to the highest bidder.
Priority Rights and Application Process
In compliance with Nepal Rastra Bank directives, existing promoter shareholders are granted first priority to purchase the offered promoter shares.
Application Timeline: Interested existing promoter shareholders are required to submit their written application within 35 days from the notice publication date. Should the final day land on a public holiday, submissions will be accepted on the next business day.
Submission Location: Applicants must deliver all required documentation to the Administration Department at the central office in Banepa-5, Kavrepalanchok, during standard working hours.
Secondary Sale Clause
If no applications are received from existing promoter shareholders within the 35-day window, or if any portion of the 3,500 shares remains unsold, Swarojgar Laghubitta will initiate procedures to offer the remaining shares to other external individuals or institutions as permitted by prevailing regulations.
