The inauguration ceremony was attended by key figures from Tata Motors, including Sawant Jung Sijapati, General Manager of the Passenger Vehicle Business Unit, and Kumar Bhandari, Assistant General Manager of Passenger Vehicle Customer Care. Representatives from Express-T, including Randhir Chaudhary and Prasanna Ranganathan, were also present at the event, marking a significant step in the company’s service network expansion strategy.

This new facility offers a comprehensive range of services tailored to meet the needs of Express-T electric taxi operators. Tata Motors emphasizes that this service center is part of its broader plan to enhance customer satisfaction by offering more accessible and refined service options.

In celebration of the opening, the service center is hosting a special kick-off camp from Bhadra 5th to 7th. During this period, Express-T taxi owners can take advantage of free services, including liver charge, vehicle top wash, suspension checkup, multi-point checkup, brake checkup, battery and electrical checkup, computer diagnosis, and even an eye checkup. Additionally, customers can enjoy an 18% discount on spare parts and lubricants.

The Express-T electric taxi has garnered significant popularity among customers, passengers, and operators alike. Known for its attractive and safe design, the vehicle is equipped with the latest technology, offering ample space for passengers and luggage. The service center at Gogambu Bus Park is expected to further solidify Express-T’s reputation by providing top-notch after-sales support, ensuring that these electric taxis remain in optimal condition for years to come.
