NAS-IT to Launch Nepal Tech Roadshow Europe 2026: Bridging Nepali Innovation with Global Markets

Tech Roadshow Europe 2026
The Nepal Association for Software and IT Services Companies (NAS-IT) is set to organize the Nepal Tech Roadshow Europe (UK & Switzerland) 2026 from September 6 to 21, 2026, across the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
The roadshow aims to connect Nepali information technology (IT) companies with European businesses, startups, investors, innovation hubs, and the Diaspora technology community, creating new opportunities for business partnerships, technology exports, and foreign investment.
The event is being organized with the support of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and Nepal in Business-Growth Advisors (supported by UK International Development and implemented by DAI Global UK). It follows the successful Nepal Tech Roadshows held in Australia in 2025 and the United States in 2026, marking the next phase of NAS-IT’s efforts to expand Nepal’s global technology presence.
According to Gaurav Pandey, President of NAS-IT, the roadshow will play a significant role in connecting Nepal’s IT industry directly with the European market.
“Nepali IT companies have already demonstrated their capabilities in international markets. Our next priority is to strengthen direct collaboration with European businesses, investors, and the technology community. This roadshow will create opportunities for Nepali companies to access new markets, build strategic partnerships, and establish long-term business relationships. It will also help position Nepal as a trusted global technology partner,” he said.
NAS-IT officially announced the Nepal Tech Roadshow UK & Europe 2026 during a media briefing held in Kathmandu. The program commenced with opening remarks by Mr. Narayan Koirala, followed by a presentation on the roadshow by Mr. Brijesh Gupta and Mr. Bimal Devkota.
The first phase of the roadshow will take place in the United Kingdom from September 6 – 12, with the flagship event scheduled for September 9 at the Radisson Blu Hotel London Heathrow. The program will feature presentations and discussions on Nepal’s growing IT industry, the capabilities of Nepali technology companies, international success stories, and opportunities for business collaboration. More than 17 NAS-IT member companies will showcase their services, innovative solutions, and technical expertise to an international audience.
The second phase of the roadshow will take place in Switzerland from September 13–21, with the flagship event scheduled for September 16 at Hotel St. Gotthard, Zurich. During this period, participating companies will engage in business meetings, networking sessions, and discussions with European businesses, startups, innovation hubs, potential partners, and other stakeholders. The roadshow is expected to create new opportunities for business partnerships, service expansion, foreign investment, and long-term collaboration.
Nepal’s IT industry is one of the country’s fastest-growing sectors, employing more than 100,000 skilled professionals and recording an estimated 20–25 percent annual growth in export earnings.
According to NAS-IT, Nepal is steadily emerging as a trusted global technology partner, backed by its skilled workforce, internationally competitive software development capabilities, and high-quality IT services. Through this roadshow, the association aims to showcase the strengths of Nepali technology companies, promote IT service exports, attract foreign investment, and strengthen long-term partnerships with Europe.
The Nepal Tech Roadshow UK & Europe 2026 will bring together 17 leading Nepali technology companies to showcase Nepal’s growing capabilities in software development, digital solutions, IT services, and emerging technologies.
