Telecom issuing unused Simcard to new customers put their previous owners at risk

Telecommunication companies such as Ncell and NTC are issuing their unused sim cards to other customers.

Telecom granted permission for the use of those Simcard which have not been used for a long period. Those people who were abroad and had not recharged their Simcard for a long time are facing difficulties for the same reason.

Because their phone numbers were connected to their e-mail, social media accounts, mobile banking, and digital wallet, they have been deprived of such services.

This has also put their identification and financial assets at risk. Many customers are complaining about their problems to the telecom and demanding serious attention to the situation.
