Software Store Private Limited and Texas College of Management Agree to Implement ‘Guru-Chela’ Academic Software

Texas College of Management and IT and Extend Business Solutions has established a contract to use the ‘Guru-Chela’ academic software.

The college will practice the software to digitalize the education system. Extend Business Solutions, developers of the software, and Texas College agreed to start the use of the product. The agreement was signed between Chiranjibi Adhikari, Managing Director of Software Store Private Limited, and Bhesh Raj Pokhrel, CEO of Texas College of Management and IT on Friday, 29th of January.

The software is one of the acts initiated by Software Store Private Limited to revolutionize the concept of digital schooling. The agency believes in improving the quality of education by using relevant software and other technologies.

‘Guru-Chela’, an academic ERP software can be used to run a complete Digital school. The developers are willing to create a cost-efficient software network among the universities, colleges, and schools all over the country. The process will see the company providing a fully accessible Academic ERP Software to the educational institutes.

The developers of the software have declared a discount to model schools taking part in the operation. This act was announced by realizing corporate social responsibility towards the community.

‘Guru-Chela’ academic software comes with various features:

  • Monthly tuition fees, exam reports, bus fares, etc.
  • Monitor assignments, home-works, and attendance of students as well as teachers.
  • It has a unique feature that helps parents and teachers to have a virtual conversation.

During the ongoing pandemic, a lot of academic institutes are facing difficulty in providing education. The software will help to manage and run classes among students of secondary and higher standards levels.

The software is also enabled with academic calendars, reminders of school activities, noticeboard, e-library, audio, and video resources.

Software Store Private Limited have already distributed the software to more than 20 schools. Texas College of Management and IT became the first college to bring the software into practice among them.
