Xiaomi has become the number 1 smartphone brand in Nepal.

The fortune 500 company announced its accomplishment after receiving the report from the International Data Communication (IDC). IDC published its quarterly report for 2020 as Q1 2020, where Xiaomi beat Smartphone giant Samsung by 12.3% market share in Nepal.

The IDC’s latest Globally Quarterly Mobile Phone Tracker, Q1 2020, discloses the following facts.

Xiaomi leads the market share in Nepal with an outstanding 30.9%, followed by Samsung at 18.6%. Market share coverage by Vivo stands at 12.3%, making it the 3rd smartphone brand choice in Nepal. Similarly, Oppo Smartphone secures the 4th position with a 10.0% market share and Lava in 5th by 5.3%.

Xiaomi’s Success Mantra

The company, thanks to the successful festive sales the country has to offer. Nepal has a lot of festivals, and people like to grab the best deals during these hot events.
