Prabhu pay starts online hospital in nepal

22 February 2020, Kathmandu

Patients don’t need to visit the hospitals and stand in a long queue to get the tickets for treatment at the Paropakar Maternity and Women’s Hospital in Thapathali. Now, the hospital has provided the convenience of acquiring the ticket with the doctor and the physician at any time patients want from their home. It will now end the situation of patients staying in the queue for hours to get an OPD ticket at the hospital.

The maternity hospital has started an online ticketing system since Sunday. An online ticketing system has been launched to manage the crowd and ease the patients, said Prof. Dr. Jageswar Gautam, director of the hospital. He said, ‘We have launched online ticket through Prabhu Pay Mobile Wallet for crowd management and patient comfort. ‘

MediFlow Solutions has developed the technology to purchase tickets at home through Prabhu Pay. According to Surendra Neupane, COO of MediFlow, MediFlow has started this service in collaboration with Prabhu Pay. He said that in order to buy tickets through this service, the mobile user must download the app called Prabhu Pay Mobile Wallet. After registering, the funds can be deposited from various bank accounts. Then click on the Hospital button in the app. After entering the hospital button, the beneficiary has to click on the ParopakarMaternity and Women’s Hospital option. After this, there will be an option called new or old OPD. Then you have to choose the department, doctor, and date you want to have your check.

After this procedure, the patient will have to fill in his / her details. After filling in all the details, the price of the ticket will be deducted from the balance in your Prabhu Pay mobile wallet.

The hospital has recently informed that the service is available to buy tickets for both the general OPD and the paying clinic. Apart from this, the hospital has also arranged to get tickets from ‘kiosk machines’ such as the ATM machine on the premise of the hospital.
