Since its inception in 2019, the campaign has collected over 108 tons of waste and the remains of 12 deceased individuals, according to the Nepal Army.
Unilever expressed pride in contributing to an initiative that enhances sustainability efforts and helps preserve the natural beauty of Nepal’s peaks. The company emphasized the importance of such campaigns in mitigating climate change impacts and maintaining the pristine environment of the Himalayas.
The efforts have been widely appreciated by participants and supporters alike. Unilever believes that supporting and practicing sustainability is crucial for environmental betterment and remains committed to these values.
