Featuring a professional-grade portrait system co-engineered with ZEISS, the latest smartphone V40 is designed to redefine the mobile portrait photography experience empowering users to capture stunning portraits and videos with cinematic quality. The device combines a sleek, lightweight design with powerful performance, making it Vivo’s slimmest smartphone to date featuring a 5500 mAh battery. Its high-end 3D curved screen offers an impressive 120 Hz refresh rate, ensuring both visual excellence and durability.

vivo V40 is engineered for professional-level portrait photography, meeting the high standards set by vivo and ZEISS. For video enthusiasts, the ZEISS Focus Transition feature ensures smooth focus shifts, keeping subjects sharply in focus for a cinematic experience.

The ZEISS Cinematic Video Bokeh feature lets users create videos with a movie-like oval bokeh effect and a 2:39:1 aspect ratio, giving their content a classic film aesthetic. On the photography side, vivo V40 with 50 MP ZEISS OIS Main Camera, featuring the 1/1.56-inch Samsung ISOCELL GNJ Sensor with an F/1.88 aperture enhances light intake, ensuring clear portraits even in low light conditions.

The powerful Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) reduces blur, ensuring consistently sharp and bright images. The device also offers a range of ZEISS Style Bokeh effects, allowing users to add a unique visual appeal to their portraits, while the AI Aura Light Portrait feature provides professional-grade lighting for low-light scenarios. Enhanced by AI 3D Studio Lighting, the V40 ensures natural fill light, ideal for indoor and backlit portraits.

vivo V40 not only stands out for its photography capabilities but also for its stunning design and performance. Measuring just 7.58 mm, it is Vivo’s slimmest phone with a 5500 mAh battery. The device features a 3D curved screen with a 120 Hz Refresh Rate and a peak brightness of 4500 nits, which is 60.7% higher than its predecessor, delivering vivid clarity even under bright sunlight.

The rear camera module boasts a stylish Gemini Ring Design, adding a touch of luxury to its aesthetic. V40 is available in two stunning colors: Nebula Purple, a gray-toned purple with a subtle Fluorite AG shimmer, and Moonlight White, a soft mix of blue and white with an Anti-Fingerprint Coating.

Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon® 7 Gen 3 Mobile Platform, vivo V40 offers up to 12GB + 12GB Extended RAM, enabling smooth app switching and larger memory space for heavy multitasking. With the 5500 mAh Blue Volt battery and 80W Flash Charge, users can stay connected longer and quickly recharge when needed. The device offers both IP68 and IP69 Dust and Water Resistance, ensuring durability in various environments.

But that’s not all – launched at the price of NRs. 65,999, vivo is sweetening the deal further with the Pre-book bonanza. Pre-bookings for the device are open from September 20-24, 2024, with the first sale commencing on September 25, 2024. Customers who pre-book will receive a pair of TWS Earbuds and a Free 3-month Screen Replacement. vivo V40 will be available through Daraz and retail stores nationwide.
