The brand witnessed significant growth in the market owing to the launch of multiple products across price segments such as the Redmi 10 series, Redmi 11 series, Redmi 12 series, etc. It also launched more than 30 new ecosystem products in Nepal including Mi Watch Lite, TV Stick, Trimmer, Band 6, Sonic Bass Wireless earphones, Power banks, Portable Speaker, Mi pad 5, Air purifier 3, MI Portable electric compressor, Xiaomi watch S1 active and now Redmi Bud 3 Lite.
In addition, the offline expansion contributed to the overall growth of the brand. The company currently holds a strong distribution network across locations in Nepal. They have also fortified their position in the market with robust after-sales service through exclusive authorized service centers as well as a dedicated service warehouse to fulfill customer requirements in Nepal.
