Sony announced Sony Xperia Z4 LTE tablet on March 2015 and released it on June of 2015. This tablet comes up with an Android OS v5.0 lollipop that is planned to be upgraded into v6.0 Marshmallow. This tablet supports GSM/HSPA/LTE network configurations and supports nano Sim card.
